Combined the first three verses of one song, with an instrumental. The evening after writing, publishing the demo of the instrumental, I heard the lyrics of the other song, playing in my mind, for no particular reason, and thought, jah, that'll work :) And so, here it is.

The lyric inspired by an American Spiritual I first decided to re-write and musicate back in 2017. The version I was working on was not quite feeling right, - then this.
